Rachael Hardcastle
Educational Therapist
Rachael, founded Pathways to Learning Ltd. in 2013 and has been successfully helping children with Dyslexia and other learning difficulties ( ADHD, Autism, Auditory Processing Disorder, Sensory Integration Disorder etc.) for more than twenty years. She headed learning support programs in International British Schools in Europe and the Middle East before moving to New Zealand in 2006 when she started working with Speld NZ and, more recently, Dyslexia Plus.
Her dedication to help children succeed socially, emotionally and academically has lead her to become certified in a range of specialized programs to best support each child's individual needs and helping them to achieve to their full potential, providing a truly whole-child approach to their success.

Shakira Williams
Educational Therapy Program Facilitator
Shakira's experience as a teacher aide, supporting students with special needs, and her later transition into early childhood education, lead her to discover her true passion—working with children with additional needs and helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.

Shakira likes to focus on each child’s unique strengths and challenges to support their success in all areas of life.
Beyond her work, Shakira has a deep love for the arts. She is actively involved in musical theatre, both as a choreographer and performer, and enjoys exploring various creative outlets, from performing arts to visual arts.
